Whether your blogging for business or your doing it for fun, there is really not much point in having a blog unless you are able have a lot of readers sharing in the process, and giving feedback and interacting with you. The are lots of ways to improve readership and today we’ll cover a few tips that will help.

It’s pretty hard to increase readership if you have very little to offer someone who arrives. I mean having one post up there is not going to create enough interests to keep them. For instance when I first started my 4 blogs, I made sure that I had plenty of post up, before I made an attempt to promote. But after that all was good and it was pretty easy to justify the effort of promotion, because there was plenty of good content there to maintain interests. (more…)

Ever wished you could inject your article marketing efforts with steroids and put it into overdrive. Well that is exactly what blogging can do for your business. I have mentioned this on a couple of my other blogs. I was very slow on picking up on the inherent benefits of blogging. Never being one to jump on any fad, in this instance it cost me.

Huge benefit #1 The search engines absolutely love blogs, they are attracted to the fact that there are frequent updates of information. Prior to blogging I simply used regular mini-sites and when checking stats found that google would stop by each day, but what I found very interesting with blogging is, they are running a spider through my blogs no less than twice a day and more often then not they come through 3 times in a 24 hour period.
