I have mentioned a few times that it is the easy form of viral marketing a business could for driving traffic. You write articles and as time pushes forward more and more web business owner seeking content run across your articles and post them on their site.

By now everyone has heard of article marketing and so many people out define it in so many different ways there that it has become hard for people new to article marketing to understand.

In general, article marketing is where you write an article on a topic that is related to your website topic. Not a promotional article for your website, but an article about something that is informative to the reader. There are literally 100’s of Social media and Social networking sites available and at your disposal and the big question is it worth it? In  my humble opinion yes it is worth your time. However you have to be careful and do all you can to automate as much of it as possible. This can quickly turn into a full time endeavor otherwise and steal your time from you.  At the very least be sure you get yourself set up to at least bookmark your articles and blog post.

So what is the big attraction? It is all about a different way to communicate with like minded people and if they like what you have to say they will follow every word you have to say and they will soon become very big fans and pass your name and site and products around and promote you. I am not certain this is going to happen as there is no way to really tell, but it appears anyway that Social networking as a form of web promotion and traffic is here to stay. (more…)

Social Bookmarking affects two totally separate and distinct groups of people. They are of course internet users or surfers on one hand and then on the other there are webmasters and blog owners. In Part One, we will focus on the users and surfers. For all intents and purposes, Social Bookmarking sites are not that much different to Search Engines, but they offer users so much more than the traditional Search Engine site.
